Executive sous chefs needed for Washington DC’s most iconic and successful restaurant company – The Clyde’s Restaurant Group. Great food begins with the best ingredients.  Clyde’s was sourcing local and farm to table 30 years before that was a phrase people understood.  We are not a chain – we are a group of distinctive restaurants with rapidly changing menus and an obsession with fresh and local. If you are a culinary leader who needs a culinary voice, cares about painstaking sourcing, wants very high volume and the income that comes with that, and wants to work for a company that will put time and money into developing you as a leader and business professional, then we are the people you want to be working with.

We are looking for energetic sous chefs who want to build their careers and constantly learn. While a few of our units have immediate openings, we are constantly looking for talent to make us stronger, whether we have an opening or not. Look at our portfolio of restaurants, learn about our dedication to food, and tell us where you want to work.  Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in high volume, prep intensive, finesse kitchens.
